Field Services PBG is the leading and largest provider of nationwide installation and maintenance services for public telephone enclosures, phone sets and multimedia kiosks. Using a combination of employees and licensed subcontractors, PBG delivers installation services in all 50 states including large LEC contracts in 23 states. PBG specializes in RBOC and large LEC installations and our work practices are based on the standards defined by these customers. PBG currently installs and maintains enclosures and phones for most of the RBOC's, numerous smaller LECs and several large long distance carriers. In addition, PBG is performing one stop services. This includes turnkey installation and distribution of enclosures, telephones, kiosks, set programming, wiring, and dial tone testing for several customers, providing a substantial savings. PBG has performed installation of enclosures, phones, wiring and on-going phone maintenance for many major airports, seven State prison systems, many individual county and city jails, and other high security locations. PBG is a leader in the design, manufacturing, and installation of custom telephone enclosures and kiosks. PBG is currently expanding the scope of its maintenance coverage to include monitoring and restriction systems and is working with several leading providers to handle on-site system management and maintenance on a turnkey basis.
